- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected domestic and international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and carrier restrictions.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Delayed Deliveries

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Style Rally is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Style Rally is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
